Stampin' Up! Big Wishes Birthday Card Directions:
Highland Heather Cardstock cut 1 card base 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 score at 4 1/4. Cut another panel 4 X 3. *You will also need a small scrap for the sentiment
Whisper White Cardstock cut 1 panel 5 3/8 X 4 1/8, cut the inside card panel at 5 1/4 X 4, and the stamped panel at 2 3/4 X 3 3/4.
Cut a piece of designer series paper at 5 1/4 X 4
On the 2 3/4 X 3 3/4 Whisper White panel stamp the birthday wishes image in Highland Heather Ink toward the center, but over closer to the right side of the panel.
Take your scrap piece of Highland Heather and run your embossing buddy over it, then using versamark ink stamp the 'hip hip hooray' sentiment in the center, pour white embossing powder over the top and set with the heat tool. You can then cut the image out using the smallest oval from the stitched shapes framelits.
Adhere the stamped panel onto the 4 X 3" Highland Heather panel
Cut 2 pieces of ribbon about 3 1/2 to 4" long. Attach glue dots to the back of each end and wrap around the left side of the stamped panel. Repeat for the 2nd piece of ribbon leaving about 1/4" space between them. Create a bow out of the ribbon and attach with glue dots in the center of the ribbon.
Place dimensionals on the back of the embossed sentiment and adhere to the lower right corner of the stamped image. Next, place Glitter Enamel Dots toward the top right corner as desired. You can also place one above the "i" in 'Birthday' if you'd like.
Attached the 4 X 5 1/4" designer paper to the 5 3/8 X 4 1/8" whisper white panel and then attach to the card base. Next, place dimensionals on the back of the stamped panel and place that on the center of your card base.
For the inside of your card, stamp the birthday sentiment you'd like in the center of the 4 X 5 1/4" whisper white panel. Lastly, stamp the bow in highland heather in the lower left hand corner of the inside panel and repeat for the envelope decoration.
I shared a number of colors with you today using this Stampin' Up! Big Wishes stamp set....which is YOUR favorite color? Let me know in the comments.
Until next time....have an Inkredible Day!
